Matt Rubacha is the founder of No Boat Ministries...The mission of No Boat Ministries is to led His Church out of the boat and onto the water with Jesus.   No Boat Ministries has served over a dozen churches in Indiana and Illinois through pastoral transitional.  Matt is married to Libby (since 1997) and has two adult children (Brandon & Ashley).
